JAAT_RISKY Posted April 30 Share Posted April 30 (edited) Hello Bc games Forum admins and members I have been playing here for 1 year but this time I have been scammed by that fiat merchant. 17 days ago I had made a withdrawal of 41,062 rupees but it is showing it as successful but it did not come in my bank account. I also raised the ticket 10 or 12 times but the support is saying that the merchant has made the payment successful and the fiat merchant UTR number given to the support is invalid. I have sent all my evidence like third person phone recording of statements and bank statements, there is no entry in it anywhere. The man supporting this withdrawal is not believing it. Please tell me what should I do, my money is lost. I user id-34743022 should be provided with full compansation with immediate effect since I have completed all certeria mentioned in term and condition for manual compansation. It's already 7days +48hours after submission of proofs. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. I have contacted "LIVE SUPPORT" but their auto generated text don't resolve the issues.
